Optimum Performance Technologies (Optechs) was founded in 1998 by Gary Smith. Gary developed a reputation for being an excellent business leader and had a strong track record in driving organizations to new levels of achievement. As a by-product of growing several manufacturing businesses, Gary developed a business model that he began using to teach the secrets of business success to local business owners, management teams, and individuals. This business model, now referred to as the Optechs Model was the beginning of our company, and it is one of the cornerstones upon which our business is established.
